Zarrel is a fashion apparel subscription box service that allows you unlimited access to rent apparels from multiple brands at a single monthly fee!
You can get 1, 2, 3 or more parcels in a month with apparels of your choice from our collections throughout your subscription. At any point, you can have one (1) parcel. Upon returning, we will send you the next parcel with more apparels. Your subscription renews every 30 days.

Every subscriber gains access to their virtual closet on Zarrel. They can shortlist up to nine (9) pieces which is interchangeable at any point. We will send three (3) apparels chosen from the list. Apparels are subject to availability upon parcelling for shipment.

After selecting at least seven (7) items into your Closet, your very first parcel will be mailed within 3-4 working. Upon receiving, have worn your looks and is ready for a new parcel, just inform of of returning via your account panel and send your current parcel back with the provided pre-pay mailing bag. We will speed deliver your next parcel. Additionally, you may opt to pick-up or drop-off your parcel at locations made available by PostCo.
As many as you would like! However only one (1) parcel at any time. When you are ready to receive a new parcel, just return your current and we will ship your next box of apparels. The duration of rent is up to you as long as you are subscribed.
We currently offer sizes S through L. Sizes may vary depending on individual brands, designer and retailers. We do our best to provide accurate measurements on each sizes of every design.
We will never mail you shoes, socks, undergarments, swimsuits or full suits.
As long as you like provided your subscription is active. We will only charge you once a month and you will never pay for shipping fees. The idea is to create multiple looks utilizing your own wardrobe and what we have sent you. When you are ready to receive another parcel, mail back your current parcel and we will ship your next one.
Yes. Our service is centred on you having the ability to keep your parcel as long as you desire and receive a new one whenever you want. While in your possession we assume that you are maximizing your time with your looks. If you desire to purchase an item in your parcel, just note it in your parcelling sheet and leave the apparel chosen out from the return mail. The purchase price is as listed on the parcelling sheet provided within your parcel. To get your next parcel you will need to mail back all items you do not wish to purchase. If you have decided to keep your parcel because you would like to purchase all of your items, you will need to send an email to email@example.com notifying us of this.
Since every designer’s sizing chart varies, we unfortunately cannot guarantee that every article of clothing will fit perfectly. We do include measurements of all sizes on every design to help you with the selection process.
To return, roll up the apparels you do not wish to purchase into the pre-pay mailing bag we provided. Then, inform us via your account panel in Zarrel by clicking on 'Return my Parcel'. We will schedule for a pick-up with our mail person. Alternatively, you can choose to drop off at any location made available via PostCo at your convenience.
Every piece you receive is properly cleaned, carefully disinfected and inspected before being shipped to you.
Your garments will be pressed before they get shipped. However, due to transit and handling, we cannot guarantee that they will arrive entirely wrinkle-free. If they have light wrinkles, you may iron items at a low heat and/or steam them.
No. Just mail everything back and we will take care of it.
You are responsible for the loss, destruction or damage to our products due to theft, mysterious disappearance, fire, major stains, or any other cause. If such an event occurs we remain the rights to charge you the full retail value, plus taxes if any, of the item(s).
We work with Braintree, a subsidiary of Paypal to receive payments. We accept VISA or Mastercard for all transactions. Transactions are processed securely. All payment details is stored and managed by Braintree.
You can pay using Visa and MasterCard. Both credit and debit cards are acceptable.
You are charged the date you sign up to Zarrel (not upon registration of interest). Your payment detail will recur monthly thereafter. For example, if you subscribed on February 14th, you won’t be billed again until March 14th. If you decide to purchase an item from your parcel, you will be charged separately according to the discounted price indicated on the parcelling sheet within each parcel you receive. Also, your subscription can be cancelled anytime!
There are no shipping and handling fees. We take care of that for you, both ways. As many times as it requires throughout your subscription.
We work with Aramex for door-to-door (D2D) deliveries. It will take 1 working day to process new sign up(s) and an additional 1-2 working days for Aramex to do the delivery. Therefore your very first parcel will arrive between 3-4 working days while subsequent parcels will be considerably quicker.
Yes. Once your parcel has left our facility, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel as it makes its journey to you.

Cancellation request needs to be at least six (6) days before your subscription renewal date. To do so, log in and select the subscription tab. Click on 'View' and then click on 'Cancel'. Any parcel still in your possession will need to be returned. For example, if you signed up on the 17th of the month, you would need to: notify us by the 11th that you would like to cancel and in addition to this, request for the return of your current parcel. If you do not, we reserve the rights to continue charging your monthly subscription fee.
Your account will not be fully cancelled until we receive your parcel back with all the pieces you do not wish to purchase. You will need to commence return of your parcel at least three (3) working days before your next renewal date to avoid being charged for the next month. Failure to do so provides us the rights to continue charging your credit card until we receive your parcel back. We will fully cancel your account once we receive your parcel.
Yes! Each parcel will come with a parcelling sheet with discounts unique to you and the items we have sent. You will find the discounted purchase price indicated within. To purchase an item, simply leave it out of your return mail and tick it in the parcelling sheet. If you do not want to purchase anything, all items must be returned together.
Parcels are shipped to the address you provided. Do ensure it is updated before you request for parcel return. Or else your next parcel will be shipped to the old address. To do this, log in to your user panel on www.zarrel.com.my and go to the 'Addresses' tab.

Upon subscription to Zarrel, you hereby authorize us to charge the monthly subscription fee to your credit card on a RECURRING basis (every 30 days) whereby your credit card is automatically charged from the commencement of your subscription until it is cancelled.
